Asking for Flexible Work Time?
Hopefully you are a man and not a woman according to a new study published in the Journal of Social Issues. The study found that managers were more likely to grant male employees' requests for flex-time and deny women's requests even if it were for the same reasons. This study is quite alarming. Women deserve the same opportunities as their men counterpart and flex-time should be no different.
